  1. Day 1 SYDNEY

    Here We Go!

For your comfort, an assistant will be waiting for you outside of Customs holding a sign with your name on it. This representative will assist you in meeting your private driver and accompany you to your accommodation in Sydney to assist with check-in.

A welcome package with a detailed itinerary, supplier contact list, various brochures of the destinations you will be visiting, and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon arrival at the first hotel on your trip.

Explore Sydney’s architectural wonders on an exclusive, privately guided walking tour accompanied by localhost. Your guide for the day is an award-winning architectural urbanist and he is ready to give you fascinating insights into the stories behind the buildings that make the city’s landscape so unique. Your experience begins with an architectural bang when you visit Jorn Utzon’s Sydney Opera House, perhaps the most beautiful structure in the city. Along the way, you will hear about how famous international architects have molded the cityscape of Sydney and you will visit such renowned buildings as Custom’s House, the Museum of Sydney, and the Department of Lands. Your host will make sure that you don’t miss a thing leading you through the city loop that takes in Australia Square, Martin Place, and Bligh Street. Today you will also discover that Sydneysiders take their coffee very seriously when you visit a quintessential Sydney café. One thing that stands out throughout your tour is that the buildings themselves are not characterized by one style, but instead are an extensive and layered juxtaposition of old meets new – from the Victorian buildings to the modern high rises that grace the city center. Swap the city streets for the majestic Royal Botanical Gardens, passing ancient trees and Aboriginal sacred sites and taking in the outstanding harbor views. Your final stop is a restaurant at the historic Woolloomooloo Wharf for some well-deserved Sydney rock oysters and champagne. Upon the conclusion of your tour, you will be escorted back to your accommodation.

  2. Day 2 SYDNEY

    Sunrise, Sunset

Get an opportunity to capture original, print-worthy shots of the wonderful sunrise from Sydney’s iconic Bondi to Bronte coastal walk with the assistance of a professional photographer on a privately guided tour. Your local host for the day is an award-winning photographer who has a distinct eye for natural charm. Her passion for capturing the raw beauty of the ocean and coastline runs strong and her portfolio includes breathtaking images of Bondi’s surf, landscape, and its people. Embark on a refreshing morning stroll along the Bondi to Bronte trail, taking in the spectacular views of the beaches. The coastal walk is approximately 4 kilometers in length and you may choose to either walk the entire distance or stay in one spot to experience the sunrise. One of the favorite locations in the South Bronte rock pool where the early morning sun hits the natural pool in a truly breathtaking way, an absolute must capture. The tour concludes with a healthy gourmet breakfast at a local café and a private transfer back to your hotel.

Your local insider host will bring her own cameras to capture the experience for you, although she also encourages you to bring your own equipment if you wish to learn from her and take your own photographs. By the end of the tour, you will walk away with at least 20 frame-worthy photographs to treasure and remember your experience.

During your free time, consider exploring the Harbour area with its many cafes, gift shops, and gorgeous waterfront, or perhaps head to the Queen Victoria Building to shop at a few high-end designer boutiques. With so much to see and do, you’re sure to enjoy your time at leisure in sensational Sydney.

The Rocks precinct of Sydney is among the city’s most lively neighborhoods for both shopping and dining. This evening, consider making a reservation at one of this area’s outstanding restaurants. For modern Australian cuisine, we suggest visiting Pony Dining on the Rocks, featuring wood-fired local cuisine. For something more adventuresome, visit Sake Restaurant and Bar, celebrated for its exceptional Japanese cuisine and beautiful Japanese atmosphere.

  3. Day 3 SYDNEY TO HUNTER VALLEY

    Vintage Adventure

Today, travel to the idyllic and beautifully picturesque Hunter Valley wine region to experience Australia’s superb wine scene and indulge in locally made, award-winning wines. The Hunter Valley is home to over 150 vineyards, some of which produce the continent’s finest wines. After picking you up from your hotel in the morning, your insider host takes you on a full-day tour of the region before dropping you off at your accommodation in the Hunter Valley. Leave the bustling city behind and travel north across the iconic Harbour Bridge. Along the way, pause in a tranquil setting to enjoy a gourmet morning tea before continuing your travels. Your tour focuses on boutique wineries boasting rich history and a myriad of stories to tell. Visit at least 3 wineries producing some of the most outstanding wines in the region, all of which are selected by your knowledgeable guide according to your personal varietal preferences. Here, you are escorted through the chosen estates and introduced to winemakers and cellar door managers, ensuring that you feel connected and comfortable at all times. Enjoy an exclusive private tour with a local winemaker taking you behind the scenes to sample wine straight from the barrels while learning the secrets particular to the winery’s style of production. After exploring the tranquil scenery of the lovely estates, take a break to enjoy a picnic lunch in a picturesque vineyard setting. The Hunter Valley is also known for its incredible produce. Throughout your experience, you will be able to taste the region’s many fine delicacies including locally produced cheese, olives and chocolate – some of which you may wish to purchase to take home with you. After a day of indulgence, your host will transfer you to your retreat in this most serene part of New South Wales.
